伊豆大豆の収穫　無事終了！

伊豆の国市とNPO法人あしぶね舎とのパートナーシップ事業
"タネから始まる持続可能な地域づくり"

11月には珍しい雨が重なる中、貴重な晴れ間を縫って無事に伊豆大豆の収穫をする事が出来ました！

枝豆の段階からとても豊作で子供達一同とても喜んでいました。その後、倒れている枝を紐で縛り地面につかない様にしていたので、残りの枝豆もカラッと乾いて上手い事大豆になってくれていました。

農業はお天気との兼ね合いが大事ですが、晴れの日を狙っての授業となるとなかなか難しいものです。
事業以外の時間に臨機応変に対応してくださった学校や講師の松田さんには感謝の限りです！

このまま一ヶ月ほど乾燥せてから、いよいよ脱穀です。

播種から長い道のりをかけて大豆になり、そこから我々の口に運ばれるまで、本当にたくさんの工程があります。

さらに
農薬や化学肥料、除草剤を使わないとなると手間がかかります。

それでも
それを選択する意味
みんなで育てた喜び
土をいじった時の感覚
味わった時に感じた事
